Children in rural communities face many barriers that keep them out of school. Some lack learning materials, others walk long distances and many families struggle to prioritize education when faced with daily challenges. These conditions affect attendance, retention and long-term learning outcomes.
Pure Trust Foundation supports communities to strengthen the conditions that help children stay in school. Through parent engagement, learning support and child-friendly activities, we help improve the learning environment and keep children motivated.
Communities reported improved school attendance. Caregivers became more supportive, and children participated more actively in school activities. Learners developed stronger interest in returning to the classroom.
“Parents now encourage their children to go to school. It is good to see families taking education more seriously.”
We create awareness on preventive health and support community screening and referrals.
We improve access to clean water through borehole repairs and hygiene education.
We promote dignity, inclusion and equal participation for women, youth and persons with disabilities.
We strengthen local protection structures and support families in identifying and preventing child abuse.
